Thank you for supporting our art practice. We take great care in packaging and delivering artwork to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy. The following policy outlines how shipping, delivery, and returns are handled for original artworks and limited-edition prints.

Shipping – Originals

Free Shipping Australia-wide applies to all original artworks valued at $500 or more.
Original works will be professionally packaged for transport and shipped via a trusted courier service.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on destination and courier availability.
International shipping can be arranged on request – a separate quote will be provided prior to purchase.

Shipping – Limited Edition Prints

Limited-edition prints are unframed and mailed securely in protective packaging.
Shipping is charged at Australia Post rates:
- From $25 for small works
- Up to $100 for larger prints or multiple items
Delivery timeframes vary between 5–10 business days depending on location.
Buyers may choose to frame prints locally in their preferred framing style and materials.

Packaging & Insurance

We take extra precautions to ensure your artwork is delivered safely:

All original artworks and limited-edition prints are insured during transit
Damage during shipping is rare, but in the event an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist with an insurance claim

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size choice
Personal aesthetic preference after delivery

Refunds will only be considered if:

The item arrives damaged in transit
The courier or Australia Post confirms a successful insurance claim

Once approved, we will either:

Arrange a replacement where possible
or
Provide a refund processed to your original payment method

International Orders

International shipping is available on request, however:

Freight and insurance will be quoted prior to purchase
Import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
