1. Artwork Availability
All artworks listed for sale — including originals, limited edition prints, collaborative works, and commissions — are subject to availability.
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and may sell through multiple channels. We reserve the right to withdraw or update items at any time.

2. Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid for.
Quotes for commissions are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Afterpay, or other authorised services.
Full payment is required before any artwork or print is shipped or collected.
Commission Payments

• 50% deposit due on acceptance and prior to commencement

• Remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

A commission booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. Commissions & Creative Control
Commissioned artworks are created in the artistic style and process of Peter and/or Robyn Hill.
Clients may provide reference material, size requirements, colour preferences, or conceptual direction, but final creative decisions rest with the artist/s.
To protect artistic integrity, we reserve the right to decline commission requests that do not align with our practice.
Commission timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, materials, and drying time.

5. Colour, Materials & Representation
We make every effort to accurately display artworks online. However:

• Colours may appear differently due to screen settings, lighting, or device variations

• Measurements are approximate

• Textures, brushwork, and fine details may not be fully visible online

Purchasing acknowledges acceptance of these variations.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Collection
We use professional art couriers and packaging to protect artworks during transit.
Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and insurance options will be provided at checkout or during commission agreements. ??? Check this
Once an artwork has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees may apply if delivery must be reattempted.

7. Loss, Damage & Insurance
All artworks are carefully inspected, packaged, and photographed prior to shipment.
If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of packaging and artwork.
We will work with you, the courier, and insurers to determine the appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after confirmed delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an artwork is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Colour variation due to device display

• Wrong size purchased

• Commissioned artworks after work has begun

• Artwork damaged due to mishandling after delivery

All sales of originals, prints, and commissions are final unless legally required otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artworks, images, text, designs, branding, and website content remain the exclusive copyright of Peter and Robyn Hill, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, photograph for commercial use, or create derivative works.
You may not copy, download, screenshot, or reproduce artwork images without written consent.
Commercial licensing, publishing, or promotional use requires a separate agreement.

10. Cultural Respect Statement
Some artworks may contain Indigenous cultural narratives, symbolism, or story elements.
These must be treated with respect and may not be altered, reproduced, commercialised, or presented out of context without written permission.

11. Website Use
You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website

• Use images or text without permission

• Attempt to access private or administrative areas

• Use automated tools to scrape content

We may block access to individuals or IPs engaging in misuse.

12. Privacy
We collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
By submitting personal information, you consent to its use for order fulfilment, communication, and business administration.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Losses caused by courier delays or third-party services

• Damage resulting from improper hanging, handling, storage, or environmental exposure

• Website downtime, technical issues, or data breaches beyond our control

Your statutory consumer rights remain protected under Australian law.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Queensland jurisdiction.

Continued use of the website or purchase of artwork indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
